Butchers Platter with Rösti and apple slices

Liver sausage (160 g)

pork flying sausage

pair chipolatas

pork chop

Cooking apples
15

Sugar
1 1/2

lemon juice
 
Procedure
 
1. Heat black Pudding and liver sausages in simmering Water.
2. Fry sausages or chipolatas and chops and serve them up on a big platter around a crisp, golden Rösti.
3. With the platter serve apple slices boiled in a very little water with sugar and lemon juice.
4. As a variation the Butcher's Platter can also be served with Sauerkraut (pickled white cabbage) or jacket potatoes instead of Rösti.
