Procedure
 
1. Steam or cook the lobster.
2. Pick out all the meat.
3. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
4. Mix on low until thoroughly combined. If the mixture is too thick, add additional sour cream to reach desired texture.
5. Mold into a serving platter and garnish with assorted crackers and vegetable sticks.
