Beef Tenderloin with Lobster and Wasabi Mash Potatoes

Procedure
 
1. -Cut lobster shell open and pull tail out
2. -Place on top of shell and season with Cajun seasoning
3. -Put on tray and bake in oven, do not over cook
4. -Season beef tenderloin and pan fry as requested
5. -Heat asparagus and season
6. -Heat porcini sauce and adjust seasoning
7. -Arrange asparagus and mashed potatoes on plate
8. -Place beef on mashed potatoes and pour sauce over
9. -Top with cooked lobster tail
